Fresh sashimi is carefully selected and purchased from the market each day. The raw bluefin tuna that we always have every day is fresh tuna that has not been frozen. Big bluefin tuna fish are very popular at banquets because they are so big that you can't easily eat them at home! In addition, we have about 7 to 8 types of sashimi available, so be sure to sample and compare them.

We use "Benifuji chicken" as chicken. Raised on pure plant-based feed for a long period of time, it is characterized by lower fat and higher protein content than regular young chicken. Grilling over charcoal removes excess fat, resulting in a refreshing and juicy texture! There are about 10 types of parts. We make each skewer one by one at our store. Enjoy authentic Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) with the aroma of charcoal. We will be selling Grilled skewer at our store from 4pm takeaway only.

We always have about 10 types of sake carefully selected from all over the country. Some of them include limited edition sake that is hard to find! Now we also have Hiroki, Hanayo Bath, etc. We also stock slightly unusual alcoholic beverages such as shochu, so you may be able to discover new alcoholic beverages. We also have a wide variety of standard drinks, so choose the one that suits your meal and your mood that day!
