``Nonaka-yaki'', which is a signature item of our restaurant, is a proud dish where each piece is carefully baked over a long period of time. The crispy dough made with natural water from the chin stock is paired with sweet steamed cabbage, chewy medium-thick noodles, and juicy local pork. A completely original menu made with fluffy soft-boiled eggs. Please enjoy this chef's special dish topped with green seaweed, green onion, and red chili pepper!
