In addition to the standard yakitori, we offer a wide variety of other items, including vegetable skewers and seasonal vegetable skewers. Among them, the recommended one is the limited edition Nanbu-dori white liver. It has a melt-in-your-mouth texture similar to foie gras. The ever-popular ``Cartilage'' has a record of selling 600 bottles in a day, and continues to be loved by regular customers.
