Only the selection course is available. The course begins with a rich clam soup that will soothe your soul. Afterwards, there was a series of witty snacks, including deep-fried Nebuto (a specialty of Onomichi), steamed egg custard topped with pickled plums, and a comparison of two types of sea urchin (purple sea urchin from Aomori and bafun sea urchin from Hokkaido wrapped in bigfin squid). Introducing Edomae Nigiri. The unique taste of the fatty fatty tuna sprinkled with homemade salt is another attraction unique to our restaurant.
