He had experience as a head chef at a trendy spot in Osaka, and was thinking of opening his own restaurant when he came across a famous natural Italian Cuisine restaurant in Takatsuki and was introduced to the charm of Takatsuki ingredients. The wife also quit her job to support her husband's dreams. For about 4 years, I worked at Restaurants in Shinchi and Nakatsu, studying various things and supporting my husband. Utilizing our experience to date, we aim to create a ``wine bar'' where you can feel relieved while enjoying locally sourced food.
