Authentic Shinshu soba noodles with a firm texture are combined with Kansai-style homemade dashi that is carefully prepared every morning using Hokkaido kelp and shaved flakes. You can enjoy it deliciously to the last drop. Tensoba's Tempura is fried after receiving your order, so it's always fresh and crispy. This is our popular menu. In Other, there is a wide variety of menu items such as bukkake, yamakake, duck nanban, and cutlet curry soba. We also have udon noodles.

``Soba-shabu'', which is popular regardless of the season, is a set of pork shabu-shabu hotpot containing lots of vegetables such as shiitake mushrooms, white onions, tofu, enoki mushrooms, and Chinese cabbage, and a side of soba noodles to finish. Enjoy shabu-shabu soba shabu shabu in our signature soup that blends the flavors of vegetables and meat. It is full of nutrients and has lots of ingredients. Orders can be made by just one person. We also have a soba shabu course with all-you-can-drink that is perfect for parties, so please enjoy it with colleagues and friends.
