Sushi chefs have rare parts such as the cheek (chewy but just the right amount of fat), chin (flesh like horse meat), and brainten (soft fat that melts in your mouth) that you don't usually see. Enjoy. Please note that we stock items every day, but quantities are limited and may run out during late hours.

Meat Sushi made with a rare cut of shoulder loin called "haneshita", limited to one plate per person. We will grill it in front of your eyes and serve it to you. Enjoy with lemon and salt.
DrinkCarefully selected Japanese sake that goes well with dishes.
We always have over 15 types of sake, and prices start from 500 yen. If there are some items that are not on the menu, please feel free to ask our staff. We also have a wide variety of items that go well with Japanese sake.
