The most distinctive feature of the famous teppanyaki Gyoza / Dumpling is the bean paste, which is made by combining two types of minced meat with different coarseness. All preparation is done by hand, and we pay particular attention to everything from the number of pleats to the color of the roast. Wrapped in bite-sized pieces of skin, spread on a hot iron plate without any gaps and grilled, it's full of volume!
