No matter how rare the sake, our motto is to "provide the appropriate amount at the appropriate price." We are regulars at the national sake tasting competition. Remarkably, we have been certified as Osaka's first "sake instructor" by the country's top sake research institution, the "Japan Brewing Society." We also participate as instructors in seminars and have published a book titled "The Bible of Sake and Shochu"! With extensive knowledge in fermentation science and sake studies, we have established the relationship between alcohol and cuisine. Delicious sake is best enjoyed with "sake friends"!
