Our cuisine is supported by many people who produce safe, secure, and delicious ingredients. The eggs that are essential to the dish are Tamura's eggs, which are carefully managed at a poultry farm in Tokushima Prefecture that is rich in nature. When it comes to vegetables, we use carefully selected vegetables that are grown organically without using pesticides, and take advantage of the quality of the ingredients when cooking! The last thing I would like to introduce is "black pepper". The aroma and flavor are outstanding compared to commercially available products. Enjoy our French cuisine made with plenty of safe and delicious ingredients!
