Burrata cheese (homemade) is delicious because it is made with milk♪ The milk used is called "non-homo milk" and is manufactured using the "high temperature short sterilization" method at 72 degrees Celsius for 15 seconds, and is not commonly sold. The fat globules in raw milk are not homogenized to prevent them from floating. By minimizing physical damage, you can enjoy a mellow taste that is closer to freshly squeezed raw milk. The ``Brunch Plate'' with burrata and various flavors will leave you feeling satisfied♪
