Pour the cloudy white chicken stock, which is carefully made from red chicken, into a teacup and taste it with yuzu pepper and salt. Chicken simmered in chicken soup until tender, secret chicken mince, and homemade ponzu sauce made with specially made soy sauce and mandarin oranges.
