We always have 30 types of creative kushikatsu available, and 10 types change monthly. In addition, we are particular about using pure animal oil, and by adding meringue to the batter, we end up with a fluffy and light texture. Enjoy with sauce, dashi, salt, etc. according to seasonal ingredients. We purchase our ingredients from producers we can see as much as possible, and we value the sense of seasonality.
