We cook it right in front of you♪ We use plenty of fresh cabbage carefully selected according to the season, making it fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside! We also top it off with our homemade sauce that has been in use since the restaurant opened, delivering the traditional taste that we have had for over 70 years.

Okonomiyaki is made with less binders and plenty of cabbage topped with dried bonito flakes, resulting in a fluffy inside with the sweetness of the cabbage and a slightly browned, crispy outside. Our
...modern-yaki is a hearty sushi topped with boiled, fresh noodles unique to Fugetsu, and grilled until golden brown. We change the cabbage's origin and the way it is cut depending on the season to provide the best flavor! We also use our own homemade sauce, which has been used since our founding, to protect the traditional flavor for over half a century.
