We carefully select only A5 rank Kuroge Wagyu beef. For the past 35 years, our seasonal music week dinners have been prepared by a chef who studied French cuisine at the gourmet mecca of Lyon.
Service“Concert dinners” are also held depending on the season.
We hold regular concert dinners in January, February, June, and October. After your meal, enjoy a performance in the basement salon. Please check the website for details. We have a ``Dessert Room'' created just for you to enjoy dessert after enjoying the finest cuisine.

At `` Steak Oxon'', we are particular about all ingredients and provide our customers with the best. In addition to the meat, we are particular about using pesticide-free vegetables to decorate the table, and live seafood such as black abalone from Tokushima, prawns from Oita, and sea bream from Akashi that complement the dishes are available in-house. We store it in a large aquarium and cook it after receiving your order.
Food Oxon original balsamic vinegar
Brewing began under the guidance of Professor Paulo Giudici of the Faculty of Agriculture at the University of Modena in the Modena region of Italy, where balsamic vinegar is produced, and was even featured in the Asahi Shimbun. Most of the ones sold commercially in Japan are one-year-old varieties that are smooth and have a strong acidity, but the longer they age, the thicker and richer they become, and the aroma and sweetness of the barrels (oak, cherry, chestnut, mulberry, juniper, etc.) will be added. Currently, a 9-year-old beer is aging deliciously on the Oxon rooftop.
