Above all, what you must try is the “Ishito Hot pot”! Pour sesame oil into a hot pot, stir-fry a wide variety of ingredients right in front of you, and finally add the chicken-based soup, simmer lightly, and enjoy! You can also make the dipping sauce spicy by using raw egg. Other popular items include the ``homemade spring rolls'' that are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the ``Taiwanese Prosciutto ham wrapped in yuba thin bread'' that is slightly sweet with honey! Our chef, Keio Koshiro, graduated from Tsuji Culinary School. When he was a student, he won the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare Award in the Chinese Cuisine category, which ranked first in the nation. We also have training experience at the Sheraton Hotel in Taipei, so we offer authentic Taiwanese Cuisine. I also travel to Taiwan regularly and work hard every day to pursue new flavors.
