We have a variety of popular beef tongues available, including thick-cut "thick-sliced beef tongue," which is perfect for eating, and "negi salt tongue," which is thinly cut and served with green onions on a separate plate. Enjoy refreshingly with lemon salt. Also, be sure to try the offal, which allows you to enjoy different flavors and textures for each part! Especially recommended are “Maruchou” and “Tecchan”!
