The full-course meals, full of the chef's individuality, are all so delicious that your mouth will be smitten. You can also enjoy the colorful and vibrant appearance.

Chef Murakami was born and raised on Hakata Island, Imabari City, Ehime Prefecture, famous for Hakata Salt. A talented young man who worked at Rihga Royal Hotel Osaka for 13 years, honed his skills at Restaurants Chambord, and has won awards in numerous cooking competitions. Thinking about what he could do for his hometown, where agriculture and fishing industries were in decline, he decided to open a shop that would make use of local ingredients and specialty products. You can't take your eyes off the chef as he creates a variety of ever-changing menus using Shimanami ingredients and seasonal ingredients delivered directly from the farm.
