Our pride is our fresh prawns! Among the current group stores, the Tosabori store is the only one where you can enjoy fresh tiger prawns from a live tank. We use a low-temperature cooking method in which we let the fish swim until just before serving, then deep-fry it for about 20 minutes to bring it to the core.This is our proud masterpiece, condensing the flavor and sweetness. The exquisite combination of red vinegar sushi rice, which is said to be addictive, and tiger prawns that pursue the ultimate in flavor, is sure to make your mouth melt. We look forward to your visit.
