The famous egg of ``Ten Oden'', which changes the seasoning depending on each ingredient, is half-boiled and soaked overnight in a strong soup stock.The daikon radish is cooked with the chicken to add flavor and richness, and the beef tendon takes about 3 hours. Boiling it in a thick soup stock makes it simmering.There are many types of komatsuna.The komatsuna is finished with a sesame soup.The lettuce is quickly soaked in the soup stock and remains crunchy.There are many other kinds, so please enjoy it!

Our store is located in the middle of the business district, about 1 minute walk from Yodoyabashi Station. The first floor is spacious with 10 counter seats. The counter is made of a single board with a unique luster that has been used for a long time, giving it a sense of luxury and warmth. There are also ways to make the food more pleasing to the eye, such as using antiques for the utensils. Then, when you go up the roundabout stairs, you will find a table seat in a calm atmosphere.
