昭和７年堺筋本町交差点に創業以来、船場商人・ビジネスマンの皆様に街の食堂としての分を守りつつ、自家製麺と朝挽き出汁にこだわり営業を続けて参りました。

戦後の混乱等、紆余曲折を経て現在の地（平野町）で営業を開始したのが昭和45年2月でした。

今後もこの暖簾をこの場所に掛け続けていけるように、初代以来の初心を忘れる事無く大事にし、お客様に提供させて頂きたいと思います。
