Additionally, he has negotiated with the government regarding compensation systems for the restaurant industry during the COVID-19 pandemic and currently serves as a board member of the Food Industry Association. Regarding local initiatives, he is planning a project to support issues such as unemployment, homelessness, and child hunger through food.
We use NORDAQ filters for our water and bottle it in-house, which helps reduce the issues related to plastic bottles and the environmental impact of transportation. We use reusable chopsticks instead of disposable ones. Additionally, we stopped using straws in 2020.
