Food Kawachi duck, a carefully selected masterpiece
We purchase fresh and carefully selected Kawachi duck from Tsumura's main store. At Tsumura Main Store, which handles everything from hatching to rearing, butchering, and wholesale, we raise ducks without using any antibiotics or muscle-strengthening agents in their feed in order to ``create safe ingredients that can be eaten as sashimi.'' We are particular about freshness, so you can safely eat it raw. Because they are grown over a long period of time, the meat becomes firmer, more flavorful, and has a deeper flavor. It is also popular as a healthy meat. Healthy and low in cholesterol!
Food Authentic local chicken “Tamba Jidori”
Genuine free-range chickens that meet the criteria for being called free-range chickens, such as pedigree, breeding density, and breeding period, are shipped directly from the farm from Tamba City, Hyogo Prefecture. The chickens are raised comfortably in a well-ventilated open chicken house with plenty of sunlight, and by raising them for nearly 90 days, the chickens have a perfect texture, richness, and flavor. Our chickens are raised with love, using special feed that does not contain antibiotics or synthetic antibacterial agents, with the theme of ``creating safe and delicious chicken that consumers can eat with peace of mind.''
