The cows were given lots of love by the contracted farm "Takahashi Livestock" in Yamagata. We traveled to Yamagata to see, touch, and experience the fattening methods, feed selection, environmental maintenance, etc. with our own eyes. The cows are raised with such love, and we use Yamagata beef because we want to improve the value of the meat by one or two levels using our technology, and deliver it to our customers with delicate lean quality and rich flavor.
