Food Mainly Kuroge Wagyu beef Steak
We use Kuroge Wagyu beef, which is full of flavor, and flexibly incorporate not only Chinese but also French cuisine techniques. After grilling it over high heat, wrap it in foil and a towel to lock in the flavor, and leave it to rest for about 30 minutes to an hour, then cook slowly. In addition to anniversary courses and dinner courses, we also offer an ``Agent Pack'' for tourists.
