Our menu features 13 different types of takoyaki, and you can add toppings like "cheese" or "curry flavor" to each one. We offer a variety of sauces, including our special sauce, the popular sesame soy sauce made daily by our head chef, and the classic spicy sauce, as well as a takoyaki dipping sauce that can be enjoyed in the style of Akashi-yaki. Since these popular seats fill up quickly, we recommend making a reservation as soon as possible. We also carefully select high-quality supporting ingredients, such as fragrant katsuobushi and Kujo green onions sourced directly from contracted farmers in Kyoto. Our vegetables, meats, and rice are primarily domestically sourced, and our skilled chefs personally select the ingredients every morning. Additionally, we take pride in our original sauce developed in collaboration with Ohsawa Sauce, as well as the special sauce created by our head chef♪
