沖縄県の中部に位置する読谷村の琉球王朝時代からある歴史的施設の喜名番所のすぐそばにある沖縄そば屋さん「番所亭 ‐ばんじゅてい‐」。 自慢のそばは、麺にウコンを練り込んだ自家製麺に化学調味料を一切使用していないこだわりの味です。名物のフェーレーそばは、昔読谷の多幸山にいた山賊「フェレー」から名付けたそばでソーキ、てびち、三枚肉が入ったボリュームたっぷりのおそばです。その他にもよもぎを麺に練り込んだよ
