In addition to the ingredients delivered directly from Toyosu, we also use carefully selected local ingredients that we travel to the fishing port to create Edomae-style sushi made with all our heart. (We have 8 seats at the counter and 4 private rooms, but if you like Sushi, please sit at the counter and enjoy the chef's selection.)
