We select carefully selected meat that meets Kisoji standards from all over the country. You can enjoy ``shabu shabu shabu'' as a course combining carefully selected beef and seasonal vegetables. Materials that go well together to bring out the flavor of each. A simple cooking method that does not require oil, just soaking it in dashi stock. `` shabu shabu'' cuts excess fat from the meat and provides plenty of healthy warm vegetables that are gentle on the body, making it extremely nutritionally balanced.
