白樺湖・ホテル君待荘のそば処。手打ちです。
ホテルの、とはいえ、独立している店なので、
別に宿泊客じゃなくても問題なし。
ちょっと見た感じではホテルとの関係性はわからないでしょう。

白樺湖周辺は、蕎麦屋も多いのですが宿のそばというだけで、このお店に入ってみました。
店の外にもテーブル席があり、こちらはワンコ連れの方にとってはうれしい。
お蕎麦も、なかなかおいしいし、つゆもおい...

閑散としていたのでやっていないのかと思ったら営業中でした。盛りそばを注文しましたが、このお店は注文してから打つようで若干時間かかりますが満足度は大きいです。
