The ``Tantanmen'' that is also served as a course is a dish you should definitely try! A simple soup made with slowly and carefully simmered pork trotter stock and aromatic sesame paste. Our unique, non-spicy dandan noodles are made with medium-thin curly noodles that go well with the soup, topped with minced meat and spinach. In addition, the ``Abalone Kimo Stir-Fry'', which is a stir-fry of abalone, scallops, fresh seasonal vegetables, and mushrooms, is a masterpiece full of stamina.
