When I was a student, I loved cooking, and when I cooked well, everyone was happy and the food looked delicious. I was so happy with the atmosphere that I decided to go to Miyagi Cooking and Confectionery College, saying, ``I want to become a better cook.'' I enjoyed learning various skills and knowledge, so I decided that my career would be as a chef, and moved to Tokyo after graduating. After training at a famous Japanese-style meal restaurant in Tokyo, he returned to Sendai. After working as the head chef at two restaurants, he became the head chef at Kozuku Shinase.
