Our shop has a contract to buy only A5 rank Kagoshima Kuroge Wagyu beef from Yakushi Farm in Kanoya City, Osumi Peninsula, and have it shipped directly to us. Yakushi Farm is a locally famous producer that has produced Grand Champion cattle many times. Delicious meat has a high value of ``oleic acid'', and while regular Japanese Kuroge beef has a value of around 50, it has been found that the Japanese Kuroge beef raised by Yakushi Farm has a value of over 55 to 60.
