We use carefully selected domestic pork from Kyoto Aota Livestock as our standard. Our offerings include top-class brands like Kyo-Chu Style Long-Aged Pork and premium pork from Suzuki Shoten in Tokyo. The owner serves the pork at its most delicious timing, ensuring a great experience. We have a variety of set meals available at different price points.

All set meals come with rice, cabbage, and either pork miso soup, kasu soup, or red miso soup. We use Gihobei rice from the renowned rice shop in Kyoto. Enjoy a variety of options including breakfast sets available until 11 AM, lunch sets until 4 PM, and our signature set meals available all day. Our homemade sides like yuzu cabbage, carrot marinade, and simmered pork are all must-tries. Feel free to enjoy them with your choice of flavors, including demi-glace sauce from Ojika Sauce Industry in Yamashina, Ago dashi soy sauce from Yakushima, and Maldon sea salt.

We take great pride in our tonkatsu cooking method. For the coating, we use low-sugar panko bread crumbs delivered directly from Nakaya Panko Factory in Tokyo. Our tonkatsu is double-fried, first slowly cooked in 100% lard at a low temperature, then finished with a blend of medium-temperature lard and canola oil for that perfect crunch. The result is a light yet rich flavor that strikes an amazing balance. In addition to our set meals, you can also enjoy dishes like "Ginger Katsu Curry" and "Katsu Don" featuring ginger.
