The dashi showcased by the former sumo wrestler, now a chef, is a light Kyoto-style flavor blended with kombu and katsuobushi. The deliciousness of domestic ingredients such as pork belly, young chicken, Awaji onions, and Kyoto vegetables melds together beautifully!

Thanks to everyone, we are celebrating our 33rd anniversary! Our counter seats have been upgraded to a more comfortable tatami style, allowing you to relax with ease. It's the perfect season for hot p...ots, so let's enjoy a hearty Chanko Nabe filled with plenty of vegetables.
Feel free to call us for group reservations! We can accommodate 20 people in the tatami area and 8 at the counter.
Smoking is allowed at the seats, so you can enjoy uninterrupted conversations with your group. For those who are sensitive to smoke, we have excellent ventilation and air purifiers available.
