A renowned restaurant with over 40 years of history, located near Katsura Imperial Villa, is famous as a sacred place for beef. When it comes to marbling, which symbolizes Wagyu, they believe that onl...y naturally occurring marbling from healthy cattle is acceptable. They do not use artificially produced marbled meat, opting instead for carefully raised, healthy, deep red Omi beef.
