当店の特徴であるミルキーなまったり系の白濁のスープは、豚骨・鶏がらベースに２２時間掛けて作られています。
さらにスープに絡みやすいようかん水の加減を調整した特注の麺を使用、トッピングの具材は鮮度にこだわり特に、
