Food Kyoto's summer specialty! "Live conger conger dish"
Summer live conger conger is rich in DHA and EPA, which boost immunity. You can enjoy all the delicious parts of the hamo meat. The exquisite conger conger hotpot is made with carefully selected soup stock, and the conger Yogan-yaki (roasted on a hot stone) grilled on an Aso lava plate is grilled using far infrared rays to make it fluffy and soft. We offer a full course meal, from pike conger eel to roasted pike conger, to grilled frosting, Tempura, and pike conger Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot).
