Our "Braised Beef Cheeks in Red Wine" showcases the unique flavors of a wine bar. For dessert, we have four varieties including pudding and Basque cheesecake, ensuring a delightful end to your meal.

At our restaurant, Affinage, we offer traditional French regional and home-style dishes, accompanied by a selection of French wines that you can enjoy by the glass in a casual setting. We have four types of champagne, six varieties of white wine, one type of rosé, and five kinds each of dessert and red wine available, with prices ranging from approximately 2,500 yen to 3,500 yen per glass, providing a diverse lineup. We also recommend our fruit cocktails made with seasonal fruits and based on champagne.
