For many years, he trained at Kamenoi Bessou in Yufuin, Oita, and Kusakumi Nakahigashi, a two-star Michelin restaurant in Kyoto. He is currently a five-star rice meister and the executive chef of the rice restaurant Hachidaime Gihei.

A rice samadhi course where the chef prepares the food right in front of you and uses luxurious seasonal ingredients. There are only two groups available per day, so please make your reservation as soon as possible. We are well-versed in the sweetness and texture of rice, and offer rice dishes that can be enjoyed with all five senses using seasonal ingredients.
