Food Our signature eel dishes
Edo-yaki eel is made by skewering eel, grilling it white, then steam-grilling it for about 20 minutes, resulting in a fluffy and melty texture. The eel is carefully selected from all over the world, and the sauce and rice are well-balanced, and it's so soft that it melts when you put your chopsticks into it. In addition to the ``Unagidon'', we also recommend ``Unagi Sansai Okowamushi'', which is made by putting grilled eel on top of wild vegetable rice rice topped with red bean paste, and ``Unamusu'', which is available for takeaway.
