At Gosho Iwasaki, the owner trained at long-established Ryokan and famous restaurants in Kyoto, and is particular about never serving the same dish. We offer exquisite dishes made with plenty of carefully selected seasonal ingredients, such as Kyoto vegetables and wild fresh fish from local waters. In order to ensure that you can enjoy the freshly made food, ``Takaai'' is served in a pot rather than a bowl, and the food is served right in front of you.
