Since opening a sushi restaurant in Kyoto, I have come to want young people, families with children, and tourists to be able to enjoy ``sushi in Kyoto'' more easily. The new format is easier to visit than before, keeping the quality of the sushi ingredients and sushi rice intact, and the hospitality and space retaining their authentic feel. We aim to be a store where you can enjoy your time as you like, with the people you like, and the way you like.
Food sushi
Nigiri sushi starts from 4,800 yen. Additional items can also be ordered individually. Enjoy sushi and alcohol at the counter in a relaxed manner. For the sushi toppings, we work with reliable fishmongers in the Kyoto Central Market, and we source high-quality ingredients at reasonable prices. The sushi is firm and has the same umami flavor and pleasant sourness. Please enjoy the balance between the toppings and the rice.
Food handmade Sushi
This is the "Temaki Sushi Gozen" where you can easily enjoy Obino's sushi. The word ``yui'' conveys the idea of ``tying together ingredients and rice,'' ``tying together restaurants and customers,'' and ``tying customers together.'' Carefully selected sea ingredients are wrapped in seaweed along with sushi rice. You can enjoy the rich flavor of the seaweed as you grill it yourself using a charcoal grill. The sushi will be prepared by the chef in a size that is easy to eat, so please enjoy the immersive experience that can only be had at counter sushi.

As for alcohol, we always have a lineup of more than 10 types of sake and wine. Our sommeliers, who are well-versed in Japanese sake, also offer pairings to go with the food, and will suggest the perfect temperature for the timing: cold, room temperature, lukewarm, or hot. We are also particular about our sake vessels, and offer a wide variety of them. We will choose a sake vessel that will bring out the best in each type of sake, so please enjoy the pairing with sushi.
