ChefMasato Tsutsumi - The origins of Italian cuisine that brings out the flavors of the ingredients
Born in Shiga Prefecture in 1983. After graduating from Tsuji Culinary School, he began his career as a chef in Kyoto. He went to Italy for about two years and learned the authentic taste. After returning to Japan, he studied at Italian Cuisine Restaurants [Ristorante Misato] and [Cucina Italiana Higashido] in Kyoto, and four years later became the head chef of [Ristorante Misato]. In 2014, while working at [Cucina Italiana Higashido], he won the first Best Italian Cuisine Chef award at the Sol Leone Cup. May 2017 [Lino] Became a chef.
