Food Enjoy the freshest fish of the day to everyone. Sometimes even rare fish!
We purchase fresh fish caught that day from Maizuru. We carefully select rare and high-quality fish and offer them to everyone. Our store also puts a lot of effort into the preparation. The fish is soaked in seawater to make it juicy, and then soaked overnight in fruits such as grapes and mandarin oranges to give the fish its flavor. You can also bake it in the oven! The fish meat will be soft and fluffy. We are particular about our tea, and offer cold brew Uji tea purchased from contracted farmers. Since it is not heated, the astringency is suppressed, so you can enjoy the original taste of tea.

Our set meal focuses on fish and vegetables. Enjoy breakfast and lunch meals. For the main fish, choose from two types, including salt-grilled and Yuan-yaki. The set meal comes with rice made with Omi rice and miso soup made with bonito and kelp soup stock first thing in the morning. In addition, there are set meals that come with side dishes that make use of seasonal ingredients, a pudding-like egg roll cooked at a low temperature, and two types of sashimi of the day. Please choose your favorite set meal according to your preference.
