コシが強く、喉越しの良い細切りの蕎麦が人気

昔ながらの街並みに佇む、こじんまりとした蕎麦屋。
小国杉をふんだんに使った店内で、ナチュラルな風合いと木の温もりに包まれながら食事ができます。
蕎麦は、10対1の割合で打つ”外一そば”で、旬の時期(11月頃)には味・香りが強い小国産そばも味わえる。
