The owner of the Yaoki restaurant, who was born and raised in Tosa City, has collaborated with a salt master. This up-and-coming salt master, who is active along the coast of Tosa City, is a disciple of Tanoya Shiojiro and uses custom-made sun-dried salt from Tanoya Ginzo to create exquisite dishes that are currently being offered. In response to the owner's strong desire, Tanoya Ginzo has refined sun-dried salt specifically for bonito and Wagyu beef to complement the dishes at Yaoki. This marks the birth of izakaya cuisine in Kochi that collaborates with a salt master for the first time. We invite you to come and taste it!
