A bowl of jang noodles contains plenty of 80g of Shimanto chives! The crunchy chive flavor will fill your mouth! The rice is a blend of Hinohikari and Towa Nishiki rice. Hinohikari is a delicious rice grown with the water of the Shimanto River, said to be the last clear stream. Towa Nishiki is a fragrant rice produced in the former Towa Village. By blending these two types of rice, the rice is both delicious in taste and aroma! This rice goes perfectly with jangmyeon, so please give it a try!
Kochi's specialty janmen Ramen is loved as a side dish for rice. A unique taste.
