At our restaurant, we are committed to local production for local consumption, using organic and pesticide-free vegetables from contracted farmers, as well as our own pesticide-free produce. We serve ...rice sourced from a contracted farm that is grown without any pest control, enhanced with nigari salt and Manda enzyme for a focus on food safety and flavor. Additionally, about 90% of our ingredients are domestically sourced.
All dishes are made fresh upon order, allowing you to enjoy the fluffy texture of our grilled items. In the evening, we also offer a variety of sake snacks, transforming into an izakaya-style experience.
