Food ★Soba with a Smooth Texture Crafted by a Japanese Cuisine Artisan
Using the water that springs from Mount Hakone, we make our noodles by hand every day in the shop. The flour is sourced from Hokkaido to Tohoku and Nagano, and we choose the type based on the humidity and temperature of the day, selecting what is suitable for the season.
Space★A Scenic Spot Overlooking Sagami Bay from Afar
We have table seating available, as well as seats with a view of the mountains of Hakone and the distant Sagami Bay. For evening gatherings, please feel free to use the tatami room located at the back of the restaurant.
Food ★Soba and Local Sake from Kanagawa
We offer a variety of seasonal dishes, starting with a platter of soba appetizers, as well as Odawara oden, soba miso, and soba dumplings. Our selection of local sake focuses on breweries from Kanagawa, including Hakonezan Junmai Ginjo, Tanzawazan Junmai, Matsubitaki Ginjo, Setoichi Tsuki ga Kirei ne Junmai Ginjo, Soga no Homare Ginjo, and Odawara Hojo Junmai.
**Along the Hakone Old Road** Enjoy handmade soba while taking in the beautiful nature of Hakone, just a 50-minute bus ride from Yumoto.
A soba restaurant crafted by a skilled Japanese chef. We select buckwheat flour from Hokkaido to Tohoku, Nagano, and other regions, depending on the season. Using fresh spring water from Mount Hakon...e, we make our soba by hand every day.
★ Along with our soba, be sure to try our dishes made with seasonal vegetables from the foothills of Mount Hakone and fresh seafood from Odawara. We also offer a variety of local sake.
